Account Registration & Verification
3.1 Registration Requirements
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the acc444 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Bangladesh-registered mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes at any point during your use of the platform.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your acc444 login credentials, including your username and password. 3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
acc444 is required to conduct identity verification checks (commonly referred to as KYC — Know Your Customer) on all accounts. The KYC process may be initiated at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time during the player's use of the platform.
Documents that may be requested during the KYC process include but are not limited to:

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Policy

4.4 Fees & Charges
acc444 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider. acc444 is not liable for third-party payment processing fees.
4.5 Currency
All transactions on acc444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Amounts are displayed in BDT throughout the platform. Players depositing via Visa or Mastercard may be subject to currency conversion charges applied by their card issuer if the card is denominated in a currency other than BDT.

Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Conditions

5.3 Bonus Abuse

6.3 Responsible Use

Intellectual Property

Balances in accounts closed for breach of these Terms may be forfeited at acc444's discretion. Balances in accounts closed at the player's voluntary request will be returned in full after applicable verification and pending-withdrawal processing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, acc444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage.

Governing Law & Disputes
